This project developed and documented the Electronic Components Management Plan (ECMP) evaluation criteria used to verify compliance to industry documents EIA 4899 and IEC TS62239.
Because consistent technical evaluation of an “ECMP” is critical to the acceptance of the third party ECMP assessment process, these criteria were used to develop a training course and a certification process for ECMP subject matter experts.
